Acceptable Use Policy
For Event Organizers.
1. Purpose
RUNXERA provides event organizers with tools to list events, manage registrations, collect participant information, and facilitate payment or registration-related processes.
By using RUNXERA as an event organizer, you agree to use the platform responsibly, lawfully, and in accordance with this policy.
2. Organizer Responsibility
Event organizers are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all event information submitted or displayed on RUNXERA.
This includes event name, date, venue, categories, pricing, slots, race kit collection details, refund terms, event rules, organizer contact information, entitlement details, and any other information shown to participants.
Event organizers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any required permit, approval, venue permission, insurance, safety arrangement, medical support, traffic arrangement, authority clearance, or operational requirement needed for their event.
3. Event Accuracy and Updates
Organizers must ensure that event details are kept accurate and updated. Any changes to event date, venue, schedule, category, pricing, race kit collection, cancellation, or postponement should be communicated clearly to participants.
4. Prohibited Use
Organizers must not use RUNXERA to list, promote, or process events that are fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, harmful, abusive, or unrelated to legitimate event activity.
Organizers must not upload or publish content that infringes intellectual property rights, contains false claims, impersonates another party, or violates any applicable law or regulation.
5. Participant Data
Organizers may receive participant data for event administration purposes only. Such data must be used responsibly and only for matters directly related to the registered event.
Organizers must not sell, misuse, expose, or share participant data for unrelated marketing, spam, or unauthorized purposes.
6. Payment, Refunds and Disputes
Organizers are responsible for their event pricing, refund policy, cancellation policy, participant transfer policy, and any event-specific payment arrangement unless clearly stated otherwise.
RUNXERA may assist with platform-related payment verification, registration records, participant reports, and payment collection records, but event-specific refund or cancellation decisions remain the responsibility of the event organizer.
Organizers must handle refund requests, participant disputes, event postponement, event cancellation, category changes, entitlement issues, or event-day complaints in a fair and timely manner.
7. Organizer Settlement
Where RUNXERA facilitates payment collection for an event, organizer settlement may be prepared based on the final paid registration records available in the RUNXERA system.
The settlement amount payable to the organizer may be calculated after deduction or adjustment of applicable platform fees, payment gateway fees, refunds, chargebacks, payment disputes, duplicate payments, manual adjustments, or other agreed charges.
Organizers must provide accurate bank account details for settlement purposes. RUNXERA may delay, review, adjust, or withhold settlement where there is incomplete bank information, suspected fraud, unresolved complaint, refund request, chargeback, payment dispute, or inaccurate registration record.
RUNXERA may issue a collection statement, settlement statement, payment reference, proof of payment, or payout status record for organizer review and internal record keeping.
8. Communication with Participants
Organizers are responsible for responding to participant enquiries relating to event details, race day operations, race kit collection, category changes, event rules, results, prizes, refunds, postponement, or cancellation.
9. Images, Logos and Content
Organizers must ensure that all images, logos, banners, descriptions, and event materials submitted to RUNXERA are owned by them or properly authorized for use.
10. Platform Misuse
Organizers must not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, bypass security, abuse admin access, manipulate registration records, or interfere with the normal operation of RUNXERA.
11. Suspension or Removal
RUNXERA may suspend, hide, reject, remove, or limit any event listing, organizer account, content, registration access, or settlement process if it violates this policy, creates risk to participants, damages platform integrity, contains misleading information, is suspected to be fraudulent or unlawful, or may expose RUNXERA, participants, or third parties to unnecessary risk.
12. Contact
For platform-related issues, organizers may contact RUNXERA through the official contact details provided on the website.
