1. General
RUNXERA is an online event registration platform for event listing, participant registration, and payment facilitation, operated by RUUNX EVENTS SOLUTION (SSM Registration No.: 202603129293).
By using this website, you agree to follow the terms and conditions stated on this page.
2. Role of RUNXERA and Event Organizer
RUNXERA acts as an online platform for event listing, registration, and payment facilitation. RUNXERA is not the event organizer unless clearly stated otherwise on the event page.
The event organizer is responsible for the event details, permit or approval requirements, venue arrangement, safety planning, medical support, insurance where applicable, event operation, postponement, cancellation, and refund decision.
For event-specific matters, including event schedule, route, race kit collection, event rules, category changes, participant transfer, refund arrangement, event postponement, cancellation, race results, prizes, or race-day operations, participants should contact the respective event organizer directly.
RUNXERA may assist with platform-related matters such as registration submission, payment verification, and technical issues related to the website.
3. Event Registration
Participants are responsible for ensuring that all registration details submitted are accurate and complete.
Once a registration is submitted, changes may be subject to the event organizer's approval and policy.
4. Payment
Payment must be completed through the available payment method shown during registration. A registration may only be confirmed after payment has been successfully verified.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways or payment service providers. Participants should ensure that the payment details are correct before completing payment.
If a payment is successful but the registration status is not updated, participants may contact RUNXERA for payment verification support.
5. Refund & Cancellation
Unless stated otherwise by the event organizer, registration fees are non-refundable after successful payment.
If an event is postponed, cancelled, or changed, the final decision on refund, transfer, or replacement arrangement will be determined by the event organizer.
Participants should also refer to the Refund Policy and any event-specific refund terms provided by the event organizer.
6. Participant Responsibility
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit and prepared to join the selected event category.
Participants must follow all event rules, safety instructions, and organizer announcements before and during the event.
7. Waiver of Liability
By registering for an event through RUNXERA, participants acknowledge that running events may involve physical activity, outdoor conditions, road usage, weather changes, and other risks.
Participants agree to take part at their own risk and confirm that they are physically fit and medically able to participate in the selected event category.
RUNXERA, the event organizer, sponsors, partners, vendors, and their representatives shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or claim arising from participation in the event, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Personal Data Protection
RUNXERA collects and processes personal data provided during event registration, including but not limited to name, identification number, contact details, emergency contact, event category, payment details, and registration records.
By submitting a registration, participants consent to the collection, use, processing, and disclosure of their personal data for event registration, payment verification, participant management, communication, reporting, safety, and event administration purposes.
Personal data may be shared with event organizers, payment providers, operational partners, timing providers, delivery providers, or authorities where required for event-related purposes or legal compliance.
RUNXERA will take reasonable steps to protect personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Act 709) of Malaysia.
